Michael is a Senior Partner at Lipton LLP Chartered Professional Accountants in Toronto, where he provides leadership across the firm’s assurance, tax, valuation, and advisory services. With over 25 years of experience, Michael delivers strategic solutions in audit and accounting, tax planning, estate and succession strategies, corporate finance, and business advisory services for a diverse range of owner-managed businesses. He also has significant experience in raising business financing to support growth and strategic initiatives.

His industry expertise spans real estate and construction, distribution, manufacturing, and technology. Michael earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1995 after graduating from the University of Toronto and has spent his entire professional career at Lipton, becoming a Partner in 2002.
