Paul E. Roberts

Paul is a senior partner at Lipton LLP Chartered Public Accountants in Toronto, where he leads assurance and consulting engagements for a broad range of privately held and not-for-profit organizations. With over 25 years of experience, Paul provides strategic tax planning, business acquisition support, estate planning, and financial advisory services across diverse industries including professional services, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and emerging technology. 
 
Paul earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996 following his Honours Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, and completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course in 2000. His governance experience includes serving as Treasurer and Chair of the Property and Finance Committee at Southlake Regional Health Centre, and as a trustee of EPR North Trust, the Canadian arm of NYSE-listed EPR Properties.
