Michael Wagman

Dedication to his clients and their needs has always been the defining philosophy of Michael Wagman.

A University of Toronto graduate, Michael received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1995, and has spent his entire professional career at Lipton, where he became a Partner in 2002.

Michael’s extensive experience includes audit and accounting, tax, estate, family and succession planning, corporate finance and business advisory services for an array of owner-managed businesses. His industry specialties include real estate and construction, distribution, manufacturing and technology. Michael’s portfolio also includes several public companies and mortgage investment corporations

Michael is a member of the CPA Ontario Professional Conduct Committee and spends his free time working as Treasurer for the City of Vaughan Hockey Association, where he also coaches. Additionally, he is involved in the Firm’s Paperless and Professional Development Committee.
