Paul Teitelman

Paul is a Partner at Lipton LLP and has over 20 years of professional experience providing accounting, assurance, and tax advice to leaders in growing businesses.

Paul has a wealth of experience with private and public entity clients and IFRS and ASPE standards. He works closely with the real estate and construction industry, including several growing developers and established investors. Other industries of focus include technology, manufacturing, and retail.

Paul has provided valued insights at education seminars and is proactive with sharing best practices to resolve day-to day obstacles and larger issues for his clients. He has a track record of assisting clients with complex transactions such as acquisitions and discontinuing operations, hybrid debt-equity capital raising, and reorganizations to optimize tax.

Community leadership and not-for-profit board membership is important to Paul.  He has provided professional expertise to the Markham Board of Trade and Jewish Genealogical Society of Toronto, as Treasurer.
