Since joining Lipton in 2000 and becoming a Canadian Chartered Accountant shortly thereafter, Sunita has worked with Senior Tax Partner Jeff Nightingale, as well as the entire firm’s other partners in meeting their clients’ tax planning needs.

Sunita has worked extensively in corporate and personal tax with specialization in planning for owner-managed businesses, estate and succession planning. She has significant experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, including estate planning, purchase due diligence, shareholders’ agreements, employee remuneration and the development of innovative tax planning strategies.
